Terms of Service

By accessing or using Gauntlet, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, you may not use the service.

Gauntlet provides AI-generated responses by combining outputs from multiple AI models. These responses are:

• Automatically generated
• Not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or up to date
• Not professional advice (legal, medical, financial, etc.)

You use outputs at your own discretion.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining your account security
• All activity under your account
• Ensuring your usage complies with these Terms

We may suspend accounts that abuse the system, attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit rate limits, or engage in illegal or harmful usage.

Your plan includes usage limits (such as Full Council and Quick Mode). We reserve the right to enforce soft or hard limits, adjust rate limits for system stability, and prevent abuse or excessive automated usage. We may temporarily throttle usage during peak load.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. All payments are non-refundable (except where required by law) and subject to pricing changes with prior notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension of access.

You agree NOT to use Gauntlet for:

• Illegal activities
• Generating harmful or abusive content
• Attempting to disrupt system performance
• Scraping or bulk extraction of outputs
• Bypassing rate limits or subscription tiers

We reserve the right to restrict access for misuse.

Gauntlet uses AI systems that may produce incorrect information, hallucinated facts, or outdated responses. You should not rely on Gauntlet for medical decisions, legal advice, financial decisions, or safety-critical use cases. Always verify important information independently.

All platform content, branding, and system design belong to Gauntlet. You retain rights to your inputs. You are granted a limited license to use outputs generated for personal or business use, subject to these Terms.

We may modify features, add or remove AI models, change pricing or limits, and update system behavior. We will try to provide notice when changes are significant.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, your usage poses risk to the system, or if required by law. You may stop using Gauntlet at any time.

Gauntlet is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of data or profits, or reliance on AI-generated output.

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of India unless otherwise specified.
